Introduction
Welcome to TAW Store. The following terms govern your use of this online store and the legal effects arising from your access to its services, products and features.
By using the Store, registering an account or purchasing a product, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and that you have the legal capacity required under the applicable laws and regulations.

- The Agreement means these terms and conditions governing the relationship between the Store and the Consumer.
Article Two: Legal Eligibility
- The Consumer confirms that they have the legal capacity required to deal with the Store and are at least 18 years old.
- If the Consumer violates this requirement, they shall bear the consequences resulting from that violation.
Article Three: Nature of the Store’s Obligations
- The Store’s primary obligation is to provide the product or service purchased by the Consumer.
- The Store may provide additional services, including after-sales support, depending on the nature of the requested product or service.
Article Four: Acceptable Use
- The Consumer must use the Store in accordance with public morals and the laws and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
- Products and services purchased from the Store must not be used for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates applicable regulations.
Article Five: Accounts and Registration Obligations
When registering an account, the Consumer may be required to provide specific information and create a username and password.
By creating an account, the Consumer agrees to:
- Keep account information and passwords confidential and immediately notify the Store of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.
- Accept responsibility for losses resulting from disclosing account information or passwords.
- Use the account personally. Any activity performed by another person through the account may be treated as authorised by the account holder.
- Use the Store honestly and responsibly.
- Provide accurate, complete, current and lawful information and update it whenever necessary.
- Allow the Store to process personal and contact information confidentially in accordance with this policy.
- Accept that the Store may suspend, freeze or cancel an account if the information provided is false, inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unlawful.
- Accept that failure to comply with these obligations may result in suspension, cancellation or restriction of access to the Store.
Article Six: Electronic Communications
- The parties agree that official communications may be sent through the email address registered on the Store.
- Electronic agreements, notices, statements and communications shall be treated as written communications where permitted by applicable law.
- The Consumer agrees that the Store may communicate relevant notices through emails, account notifications or general announcements.
Article Seven: Amendments and Fees
- If any provision of this agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
- This agreement may be updated when necessary and constitutes the framework governing the relationship between the Store and the Consumer.
- The Store may charge fees associated with certain products, services, government charges or applicable taxes.
- The Store reserves the right to amend applicable fees and expenses in accordance with these terms and the relevant regulations.
Article Eight: Payment Services
- Payments may be completed online through the payment methods available on the Store or through any other method introduced by the Store.
- Product and service prices are displayed according to the pricing adopted by the Store.
- The Store provides invoices or payment records for purchases where applicable.
- Financial transactions are processed in accordance with the accounting and regulatory requirements applicable to electronic commerce.
Article Nine: Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights related to the Store, including rights existing before or after the launch of the platform, remain the property of the Store or their respective owners.
- Consumers must respect the Store’s name, content, trademarks, logos, symbols, designs and other protected intellectual property.
Article Ten: Store Liability
- TAW Store conducts its commercial activities through the platform in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
- The Store shall not be responsible for claims arising from errors, negligence or acts caused by the Consumer or an independent third party, including shipping providers, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Article Eleven: Restriction of Access
The Store may suspend or cancel a Consumer’s account or restrict access to its services when these terms are violated or where necessary to protect the Store, its users or its legal rights.
Article Twelve: Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Thirteen: General Provisions
- If any provision becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
- Prices may be amended from time to time.
- Promotional offers are temporary and may be amended or discontinued at any time.
- All parties must conduct their dealings in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
- This agreement remains effective until amended or terminated by the Store in accordance with applicable law.
- If this agreement is translated into another language, the Arabic version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or difference in interpretation.
