TAW offers a Golden Guarantee for eligible purchases of the three-month Beautican course, subject to all the conditions stated below.
Under the current guarantee terms, customers who complete the 90-day programme and meet every documentation and eligibility requirement may submit a compensation request.
The current guarantee states that an eligible customer may receive compensation equal to twice the amount paid, representing 200% of the product value, if the claim is reviewed and approved.
Golden Guarantee Eligibility Requirements
Failure to meet any of the following conditions may result in rejection of the claim.
Continuity Requirement
The customer must:
- Keep all three empty Beautican boxes.
- Keep all used and empty sachets.
- Send the empty boxes and sachets to TAW if requested after receiving preliminary approval.
- Ensure that the submitted quantity matches the full three-month course.
Missing boxes, sachets or differences in the consumed quantity may result in cancellation of eligibility.
Visual Documentation Requirement
The customer must provide:
- One clear photograph taken on the first day.
- One photograph for every day of the 12-week programme.
- Photographs taken using the same lighting and angle.
- A final photograph taken after completing the programme.
Unclear photographs or photographs taken using inconsistent lighting or angles may result in rejection of the request.
Medical Documentation Requirement
The current programme requires the customer to provide a test measuring the body’s collagen level before beginning the programme and another test after completing three months of use.
Claim and Compensation Process
- Submission period: Requests must be submitted within five days of completing the course.
- Contact method: Claims must be submitted through WhatsApp or email using the subject line “Compensation Request – Golden Guarantee.”
- Review period: Requests are reviewed by the quality team within five to seven business days.
- Compensation: If all conditions are met and the claim is approved, the customer will receive twice the amount originally paid.
Limitations
- The guarantee applies only to orders purchased from the official TAW Store.
- The guarantee applies only to the three-month Beautican course.
- The guarantee applies only to orders purchased at the original price without discounts.
- The guarantee does not apply where use was interrupted or inconsistent.
Privacy
By submitting a claim, the customer agrees to provide the documents required to verify eligibility.
TAW will handle submitted personal information in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Law in Saudi Arabia and will use the information only for reviewing the guarantee request.
